The Headway app is designed to store all data locally on your device. No data is transmitted or shared with third parties. Since the app does not require an account, minimal data is collected, and it is used solely for the purpose of migraine tracking and management.

How We Use Your Information

The information you enter into the App is used exclusively for the App's functionality—helping you log and manage migraines. No other use of this information occurs.

Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. Since all data in the App remains on your device, there is no transmission or sharing of information

Local Data Storage

Data is restricted to the device and is not shared outside of the device other than by device backup. In the event the device data is erased, all migraine logged data will be deleted. The data is never sent anywhere else, unless you explicitly choose to export it such as in an iCloud backup.

Limited Analytics

Headway does not gather its own analytics. Any default analytics come from external platforms (e.g., the Apple App Store). If you choose to submit crash reports, the data sent may include automatically collected information from your operating system, which could be personal. These logs are only submitted with your explicit permission.
